AndyBecky and I actually have these inflatable flails. We were going to do this for Halloween too, but the Visigoth costumes kinda fell through. We wound up handing out candy and watching movies instead. The sign on the pitchfork reads 'Sell your soul for a cinnamon roll!'. AndyBecky's coworker Kristy (to whom this strip is dedicated) actually did this costume-and-sign bit one Halloween; the idea just amused me. The punchline will make absolutely no sense unless you have seen La Vita é Bella (i.e. Life is Beautiful). |
